Well I'd also like to know what Rick thinks about bailouts for the Wall St firms. Seems the Street gets all huffy when they aren't getting money yet they also get huffy about giving it to consumers.

If they're not going to do anything in terms of refinancing etc. for homeowners then all the banks, GM and the like should be left to die as well. They want accountability? Fine, make it across the board.
